I ordered a red dsi to find out that it was so popular that it went out of stock in minutes. I phoned, waited about 5 mins and got through. They offered me a refund, but after speaking to a lovely lady, very professional, she changed my order to the pink one and received it in 2 days of ordering.
They offer excellent service.
I too work in customer services and I know from experience that for every one unhappy customer there are around 1,000 very happy ones. So from readying some of these comments, there must by thousands upon thousands of happy customers.
If a product is out of stock just ask for a refund or change your order to something that's in stock. Its that simple.
