The only problem I had was that the bleed screw is NOT the same as most radiators , when I spoke to them the suggested I use a pair of pliers. Not too satisfactory in my opinion as it is at the back of the radiator and very close to the wall. It's such a cheap solution to supply a simple key that would enable anyone to bleed the rad, is it too much to ask?
