Not impressed - poor service - sold item which couldn't supply

Ordered 2 items and paid using paypal (£83). Items didn't arrive - numerous emails and 2 phone calls only to find that they took the order and then found out they couldn't supply the goods. They didn't let me know - I had to chase them and got the answermachine many times before actually speaking to someone who eventually refunded my money.

I was suspicious that they were so cheap and reading poor experiences from other people should have made the alarm bells ring.

Give them their due - they did refund the money but I had to chase it up. Not a good experience and I would not recommend using them.

PS I was informed that they had this item in stock, enquiry emails were followed up quickly; but as soon as the order was placed and I questioned the reason for late delivery there were no replies. I rang the orderline a number of times just getting an answermachine; eventually and very disillusioned with the service I opted for the sales number and this was the point at which a refund was provided. AT NO TIME WAS I ADVISED THAT THE ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

If I had not chased this, I doubdt i would have a refund at all - there was certainly no rush to contact me and repay the money.

This company has some glowing reports which swayed my judgement - this experience has been very poor.
