A nightmare to speak to anyone .After pressing far to many button choices You end up talking to a person in India. They appear to read from a crib sheet and if your queery is not there they are stumped.
Many seem to struggle with English.
Not a good expieriance.

Rather a lot of packaging for a small item. e.g. Box bubble wrap and air bags.
A padded envelope would suffice.
