First class service & delivery
Ordered friday morning, free deliveryn 3 / 5 working days. Delivered before 9.30am following Monday. Everything in order no in transit breakages, well packed. I thought the fixing kit to secure the pan to the floor would have been included with the overall kit/package. It wasn't a big issue as I bought one at the local merchants. Overall very pleased.

First class. Delivery in quick time. We were given a choice of delivery days by telephone. What a nice personal touch, and very efficient too. The delivery was on time. Brilliant. Thanks.
