Used them for 5 years on home shopping, but no more. Repeatedly get items wrong, and their South African based customers services have inherited the UK hubris.
More than anything, they continuously reduce choice, favourites are steadily reduced, as branded lines are absorbed by their in-hose alternatives, which often are entirely unrelated to the line they've ditched. They want to tell you what to buy and when, and are well on the way to achieving it.
Worse of all their poor Xmas results are apparently our fault, according to their uninspiring CEO, - it's our fault for seeing through their latest batch of con trick offers.
Like most modern UK corporations, they believe their own hype, as the share value demonstrates ....
