Appalling customer service-do NOT use this company

I will never again order anything from the worldstores group. Their customer service is non-existent. I ordered a trampoline on Saturday and paid £19.99 for next day delivery which would make delivery due on Tuesday. No delivery on tuesday, but a phone message at the end of the day to confirm delivety will come wednesday between 9-6. no delivery wednesday. Today is Thursday and still no trampoline. I tried many times to call them on their 0844 number but if you press the after sales option you are told they don't have any staff available to deal with after sales on the phone, that if you call the sales line no-one will be blue to help with an aftersales query. You have to email them, which I have three times, each time with no answer. Frustrated, I have also tried the sales line despite warnings that no-one will be blue to help, but can't actually get through to anyone on this line either. I finally got a voicemail thursdy afternoon from a despatch driver saying they had attempted delivery on Wednesday and today to the invoice rather thn the delivery address! I tried to call back on this number but again can't get through and here's no facility to leave a message. This company make it as hard as possible to contact them-actually, my experience has been that its impossible. I guess you may be lucky and get your delivery on time and to the right address but do not expect ANY level of customer service or contact whatsoever from them. They are a big processing machine designed to process online orders in the cheapest way possible and ont care about the customer as long as they have their money.

I'm thrilled with the beds and lighting I ordered from The Sleep Room which are not only fabulously stylish but great value for money. The whole process of ordering and delivery was not just painfree but positively a pleasure-your delivery men are unfazed by even the most awkward staircases and corners!
