My daughter ordered a Zanussi washing machine last week and paid in full by debit card. Unfortunately the machine had been priced incorrectly on the web site so Electrical 123 sent her an email to say that the machine could only be supplied at a price some £60 higher. My daughter could not afford it at the higher price so asked for her money back. This was promised, but after a week of checking her account, no money has been returned. Finally today they gave her a credit note instead, despite never supplying the goods! She is very distressed, without a washing machine, and unable to buy what she wants elsewhere. I am very hopeful that Electrical 123 will sort this out for her asap. I shall post the outcome!
