Excellent choice of headphones but incredibly long wait for delivery

I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised by the rage of headphones offered by iHeadphones. I was looking to purchase the Sennheiser PXC 360 BT and it was very difficult to find them both in shops and online.
I have two issues with the company. First - my order was to be despatched within 5 days. It took them 3 weeks. And only because I stared emailing them with demands of either free next day delivery or refund has it not lasted longer. Secondly they use DPD for courier - the most useless postal company ever. Because of them I received my headphones 10 days after they have been despatched. So much for next day delivery.
All in all I'm very happy with the equipment I have received. If I ever need to purchase headphones I may use them again.
