Elusive customer service.
Have purchased goods from 118 before and was satisfied with the service, however I ordered the wrong size for my most recent purchase and wanted to returrn the order and re-order the correct size, I rang customer service 4 times in one day and was told they would return my call with stock information, no calls were recieved and my last call at 4 pm was answered with a recorded message saying they were closed!
The website states the office is open till 5:30pm ??????

Took 6 days to be delivered, but It was sent Royal mail so I expected it, and not forgetting I had free postage.
Very pleased with Helicopter this is my second one, but it's the first one from Gadgetbox looks and flies just as described well packed with everything in the box including spare rotor blades and instructions for charging and flying.
Well pleased.
