The experience is second to none. Having used the website and shop before, GolfOnline are now my first port of call for all things golf. They simply understand how to use the Internet from initial browsing to any after sales service. Set the standard in my opinion
If I could have rated negative stars I would.
I ordered a set of business cards and when they hadn't arrived after a week I contacted this company via email. Two days later I was lucky enough to receive a reply and was told I had to pay extra for double sided cards. I paid the amount and the cards arrived another week later. The cards were packed in very cheep cardboard boxes and were covered in paper debris from the cutting process. Approx 50% of the cards were printed off centre with a grey band in the right hand side and many had such a poor cut on them it makes them unusable.
After several emails I returned the cards only to be told there was nothing they would do and implied it was my fault for submitting incorrect jpegs? If this was the case why weren't all the cards mis printed? They returned the cards which came close to being binned but I refrained and intend to persue the matter further.
The other negative reviews seem very familiar and I would urge people to shop elsewhere. For the record I would have been happy if they'd simply accepted some responsibility and offered to reprint half the cards.
