I feel scammed. Totally Unacceptable.

How can they get away with ringing my mobile phone to offer me an upgrade claiming to be orange.
When I discovered they were a middleman, I tried to cancel the upgrade.
E2save instructed me to refuse the delivery of the phone, and now 5 days later they claim to not have the phone back in their warehouse and will not cancel the upgrade until the phone is back, they also tell me it will take a further 5 days until the cancellation will be processed.
I'm now unable to use my old phone as they have disconnected my old sim card and failed to instruct me to remove the new sim card from the new phone first.
So I have a contract I'm yet to see and can't cancel, no new phone, lost the use of my old phone and a bigger phone bill thanks to their customer service number being an 0871 number.
