i've been using point.101 for over 5 years, both in a personal and a business capacity and cannot speak highly enough about the quality of their product and, more importantly, the quality of their service - I recently had a minor issue with a canvas that came out a little darker than I would have liked and the manner [and speed] with which this was resolved [to my entire satisfaction] was so refreshing, in an age where most companies pay only modest lip-service to customer service...thank you, Kerry...it's been a true pleasure doing business with you
