Parcels are hardly ever collected when they should be. Way too often I get replies saying 'we apologise for the inconvenience' with NO explanation whatsoever. And then to be informed that the parcel will be collected not the following day, but up to 3 days later?! Shocking customer service.
Probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life.
Used them once and low and behold, the courier driver didn't even turn up for his collection! NOR did the company call to let me know the driver wasn't going to be able to collect!
Had to contact them myself and they told me due to 'OPERATIONAL REASONS', the parcel would be collected the following day!
Was told I will be contacted in the following few days for a slight discount but its been 3 weeks and have heard NOTHING!
WORST COURIER COMPANY IN THE WORLD!
PLEASE MAKE THE WORLD HAPPY AND GO BANKRUPT!
