Bought Hoover from them,arrived next day only to find the handle had a large crack all the way up. Decided to phone the customer service line which is option 2, 25 minutes later at 10p a minute still has no answer so decided to hang up,phoned up again straight away but decided to press option 1 which is the order line and surprise surprise they answered within 3 seconds,absolute rip off if you have a problem with any item ordered from this company. On the plus side item was exchanged the very next day thanks to THE ORDER LINE. Just checked my phone bill and yes it has gone up by £2.49
