I switched from O2 to Vodafone around 6 months ago due to appalling customer service from O2. So far I have been very pleased with Vodafone and their services. I have subsequently moved across another account from Orange based on this. The only niggle I have is they can't get my online account to matchup with the actual tariff I am on (but I get billed the correct amount)
I can not beleive that anyone deals with this company after the service I have seen from them. Rude, false and ill-informed including a blatant lie from one of the salespersons. I can only assume that the managers are not aware of the quality of their staff. AVOID at all costs.
