Complete Care Shop

Sloppy Service!

Two of my experiences with Complete care shop, have been less than desirable. A couple of years ago, I placed a decent sized order and found that the smaller items (pull on net pants in a X.L size) were missing from the order. Despite calls and e-mails - I had no response (e-mails ignored). Now, needing an item for my elderly father in South Africa(going out there in a weeks time) I ordered the EASY REACHER LONG - order no:256981) and was horrified to find the item delivered in a silver plastic bag, bent in half, BROKEN and thus rendered useless!!!! have rung twice and the lady telephonist agreed to send me another item (have asked that the parcel be MARKED ''DO NOT BEND/FOLD'' - but have not yet received it, but perhaps tomorrow, as it is only 2 days excluding weekend. It seems to me, that the packaging is not suitable for all the items. The first time, I also received my items in a large bin bag affair, but fortunately nothing breakable in there!! To send a 80cm long item in a plastic bag is STUPID!! We are paying for packaging - pack the items decently with due care. I have the expectation that when I order something online it will arrive in decent order / and be what I ordered and paid for. Complete care have failed to deliver (pun intended) not once, BUT TWICE. I will therefore be looking elsewhere in future.
Am very annoyed. BAD EXPERIENCE TWICE.

Good, pleasant shopping experience, recommended!

This was a very good online shopping experience. Easy, with loads of interesting and quality items to choose from. I would have liked there to have been more reviews of the individual items, but that's how it goes, if no one writes in. I do find this aspect useful if there are reviews though. Posting and delivery were prompt and the parcel arrived home before I did.(was away on business) My partner is still away on business and he is excited to 'get going' with the new toys.They look good. If, I had one 'complaint' it was just that the 3 for 2 discount was not applied as advertised in the category in which I ordered my items, so I paid for all three items ordered!!
