When looking for a L shaped sofa we couldn't find one we like from any of the major retailers. We jokingly decided to look at 'made to order sofas' convinced they would be out of our price range, but we found Nabru who make quality affordable.
We've only had the sofa for a couple of weeks,but so far it is perfect. Comfortable, HUGE! and cosy.
The service was also great. We chose to have it assembled upon, and the sofa arrived on time - despite the snow - and was built quickly.
The only small point vaguely negative point was that the showroom was very difficult to find!
The Nokia X3-02 we paid £119 for was a Portuguese model, with a European charger/adaptor, and Portuguese default settings (internet set bookmarks, predictive text dictionary, menus and manuals). This is not referred to in the product description on the site.
Customer service is incredibly slow to respond, taking between 3-5 days to reply to emails. The first two replies I received did not answer my question, and it took two weeks to be offered the opportunity to the return the product or receive a goodwill gift (a £10 cleaning kit).
As I had been using the phone for two weeks at this point, and (with great difficulty) had managed to amend most of the default settings I opted for the goodwill gift.
4 weeks on and there is no sign of the gift, and the original order has been wiped from my account history so I was unable to leave a genuine review of the product on their site. I have sent two emails and endured time on hold to speak to one of the representatives by phone before finally being sent a link to TrustPilot so that I can outline some of the issues I have had with this company. SimplyElectronics feel that the cleaning kit is still an adequate gesture. I disagree.
We will not use Simply Electronics again and would urge others to be aware of these issues when deciding whether or not to place an order.
