Very helpful staff

We ordered over the internet on a Thursday evening and paid for our item that was needed urgently. However, it was only after the weekend (Monday morning) that we were informed the part we needed would not be in stock until the following Friday and that delivery would not take place until the following Monday - 11 days in total for an urgent item! Be sure to check goods are in stock before you order and pay for them! On the upside, staff were very polite and extremely helpful.
