I checked prior to purchase that Fibre Broadband was available for my business address and was told it was.
After buying and paying for installation and having the line installed I was then told fibre broadband was not available.
Despite numerous phone calls and several broken promised to resolve my billing, I am still being billed for Fibre Broadband that I have not had from outset. This has taken nearly 2 months so far and is still not resolved.
Today I was promised a call back by a supervisor who was in a 'meeting' - 6 hours later I've not heard anything. Must have been a long meeting to plan how to spend the money they have over collected from thir customers.
XLN have taken the money from my account by direct debit and seem unable or unwilling to sort the correct contract and give any of my money back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've used several times and as ever an excellent price and great service.
There was a problem with delivery but it was sorted quickly, professionally and even followed up by a phone call by blackcirclesto check all was OK.
In my mind you cannot beat a company who responds in such a professional way when there is a minor problem.
