Good prices but "item in stock" turned out to be not possible to get-week waisted before I got the money back.
I needed glasses quick. Web site stated "in stock" but after all it turned out they couldn't supply me with the specific frames cos suppliers didn't have it in stock no more. I thought in stock means the seller physically has the item on the shelf. I suggest you check availability before you place the order with them. It took them almost weeks time to check everything and refund me the money.

I've had no problems with them what so ever. I ordered Tuesday at 10pm and I received my package on Thursday at 3pm via City Link. Cheapest online! Recommended!

As stated on the website, it usually takes us 5-12 working days to process the order, as we have to order glasses from our Italian suppliers first.
Despite such business model may cause delays in order processing, it also helps us to keep low prices on designer goods.
We also have Special deal section - any pair from this section can be shipped within 1 working day (additional time needed to process RX lenses, if needed).
If the customer is not willing to wait for the order for whatever reasons, it will be cancelled within 24 hours, also all refunds are processed within 1 working day from our side. Please, note , that it might take 2-5 working days for the bank to complete transaction.
