Excellent service!
I have bought a couple of items from Soundslive, and both had fast delivery. However one item was faulty, and I returned it using their warranty returns service. They quickly despatched a replacement and all was well. I must say, you don't often get customer service as good as this with online retailers. Highly recommended!

It's good to know there are SOME great companies to deal with via the internet, and this is one of them. Having been recently ripped off online, now I tend to approach large purchases cauciously, but I needn't have worried. I placed my order 1pm Thursday, and it was delivered (FREE!) at 10am Friday morning. Also the price was the cheapest I could find online, and after I placed the order it was even cheaper than advertised. What more can you ask? Thanks so much. I heartily recommend gear4music.
