Sportsdirect
Not impressed!
Was ordering form their website and only took a few minutes since I knew what I already wanted, however within that time 2 of the products in my basket became out of stock when I came to pay. However 1 product had other colours so it wasn't such a let down. When I had paid, a few days later they emailed to say 1 of my products was out of stock so they refunded me the money for the product. When I received the items, one item had a zip which didn't even zip, not so much sportsdirects problem since they don't make the product. After sending the item back and saying that I would like a replacement, they inspected the item and refunded me the money, even though I wrote in big bold letters on the return sheet saying i want a replacement. I have just been on their website and the product I sent back is still in stock in the same size and colour! They haven't even refunded the postage cost for returning the item like they say they would in their terms and conditions! I did receive a sportsdirect mug though, since my products had been out of stock, not that you cant buy them for 99p off ebay!

Absolutely wonderful bar stools that were dispatched the very same day!! Arrived well wrapped and quality was superb. Might even buy another one to go with my other three!! Definately highly recommend.
