Furniture Choice
Sometimes its not when it s all Ok but how problems are dealt with!
Townhouse table and 4 chairs delivered punctually and well wrapped. Later upon assembly we discovered a problem with the alignment of the base of one chair. Spoke to help desk following day and a replacement arrived within a few days. Very pleased with furniture and service.

Great on-line retailer
Shopping for the item I required was a pain free, undramatic and straight forward experience. I would have no hesitation in purchasing further items from this site.

Good site use often
Could be improved as it is a little laborious to drill down. But very proficient and handy for reserving goods.
Tesco
Probably the worst site I have ever used
Need multiple id's for clothing clubcard etc. The exchange of vouchers is nail biting due to it's preference to fail. At the beginning of a 2 for 1 voucher scheme site invariable crashes. Tesco look at Amazon's site for inspiration

Outstanding - one of the best sites I have used
This is the second time that I have used this site with equally impressive results.
Selection of the ram was the most sensible I have seen - by manufacturer and model no. Communication and delivery were first rate and product A1.
Have already recommended this seller to colleagues.

Not perfect but well above average
Seem to end up using Amazon time and time again for the majority of items I buy on-line. There delivery is outstanding, prices generally Ok and availability above average.
I really like the simplicity of one-click buying as well.
Why not 5 stars? Hate the way that postage always defaults to 1st class (although easily changeable) and also search engine tends to throw up some very dubious "similar items"

Excellent prices, service and delivery
Recently purchased two appliances, a washing machine and dishwasher. These were purchased a few days apart, but in both instances I could not better the price with free delivery. Communication and service was very good and delivery excellent.
In a competitive market a serious player. Would not hesitate to use them again.
