For some unspecified reason my account has been limited -they refuse to give details - except to say someone unauthorised may have accessed my account - unless I call an expensive number !!
They now demand my bank details (which I am not likely to give when they have security issues) and i cannot even close the account as things stand. What a ridiculous attitude
The website is frequently on go slow and regularly finishes with an error message - especially at 4am which would seem unlikely to be because of heavy usage!! This is infuriating from such a large company and means I could not change my grocery order - again. Asda for me in the future!!
