Parcelforce delivered my item to the incorrect address, despite the correct one being on the label. A reply to my question... why did this happen, only got an e mail reply of... we can confirm that the address the sender used for this item was.... my one. i already knew this, because, A it was on the label, and B, if the address was incorrect then I would have been complaining to the sender not Parcelforce...
I ordered two items from the Haven website and very shortly afterwards received a telephone call from a very nice apologetic lady , who said they no longer had one of my items in stock. She did however suggest an alternative one which I had not seen. She described it perfectly and both items arrived safely in a couple of days. Thank you Haven.
