Good product, delivery firm a nightmare to deal with
A good price for a Grohe shower fitting and shipped promptly.
However, the courier firm is City Link who called and left a card. Then called to rearrange - waited on the line for 20 minutes and got cut off when they closed. Called the next day and they said it would be left with a neighbour. It wasn't. Eventually was at home all day and they delivered - otherwise it's returned after 5 days.

Ordered a basic spare part for a fridge. Failed to spot that the supplier uses City Link, with whom we've had problems before.
Card left on the 25th Sept and then again on the 26th. Called on the 26th to rearrange for the 28th, as the card says use their website to rebook, but I couldn't work out how. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes until cut off at 8pm as their office closed. Rang on the 27th morning and was told they would ask the driver to leave it with a neighbour - didn't happen, no card. Called on the 28th, to be told it's out on delivery again..... their depot's 26 miles away....they send it back after 5 days....but I bet they screw that up.
This company is owned by Rentokil. Apparently they're turning it round:
