Prompt and efficient service.
The Key Retirement advisor ( Mr Glen Pike) was highly competent and fully explained all aspects of the house release equity plan and all implications. I was completely satisfied with his answers to my questions and he appeared to be fully conversant with all my concerns and general enquiries.
Also, I was very impressed with the way matters rapidly progressed after Mr Pike had completed the initial meeting and
when the application form had been completed.
Also impressed with the prompt valuation of my house by the
valuer and the involvement of the Solicitors together with the overall complete management of my application by Just Retirement Ltd.
All aspects from start to completion appear to have been a seamless operation conducted in an highly professional manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending both Mr Pike
and all the other parties involved in this matter to anyone who is interested in an equity release or financial product requirement.
