I ordered a pair of trainers on 20th January 2012 using 2-3 days free delivery, being an avid sports person I needed them as soon as possible. After allowing for the weekend, the money had been taken yet the trainers still had not arrived by Tuesday. After a phone call to ask where they were, I had been told that the trainers were no longer in stock and was not informed that I would not be receiving them. I was then told to recive the updated version of the trainers I had to pay an additional £8, (with a discount of $15 off RRP). I was reassured the trainers would arrive by Thursday 26th or Friday 27th at the latest. A day later they have still not been received and when tracking the order I was told they had NOT been sent. !!! Apparently they will arrive on Monday or Tuesday. I have never known any order to take this long to arrive, nor have I ever had to pay extra for an error by the company. This has caused a great inconvenience, I did not want to hang around for an entire week for a package that never arrived. This is appaulling, I will never be using them again.
