I ordered a kitchen towel rail holder, which was not the width advertised when it arrived and therefore was no use to me. I tried to follow the advice on their website " Simply contact us so that we can provide you with a valid RMA (Returns Mandatory Authorisation) code which you will need to return any item(s) back to us within 28 days, quoting your order number. Without this code we are unable to process your request." about returning goods, but they told me on the phone to return the item and that they would refund me, and not to wait for the required returned goods number. I paid to return the towel and towel rail holder and have not received a refund.
