I bought an Onkyo PHA 1045 hifi system in December 2010 at the best price on the web. It arrived the next day. I had a couple of queries about connections, phoned customer services and got an instant, well informed answer, to both queries and the offer of a return if I found I couldn't connect my tape deck. I was very pleased to find such immediate technical knowledge at the end of the phone to supplement a slightly obscure manual, as well as with their immediate offer that I could return the system. That is my legal right of course but it was offered to me upfront without any fuss.
