Does not do what it says on the tin
Advertises low prices then hikes up the price with extra charges for everything that should be included, so you end up paying more than the full service carriers and end up miles away from where you intended to go to. If you only have carry on be very careful that it fits in the size guide the right way round or you could be in for a hefty charge when they check it again at the gate and then charge you to put it in the hold.
What a rip off shower I am going back to BA.

Does what it says on the tin with no add ons
Every time I fly on BA the service is what you expect from an airline, unfortunately many others do not deliver the promise.
With BA the price you see is the price you pay with none of the extra charges for everything, like a hold bag or a cup of coffee, where you end up paying more for less and you arrive at or near your intended destination and not 50 miles away.

Excellent products at prices the high street cannot compete with, fast delivery and even a chocolate included in the package to ensure the customer is kept sweet.
