Regus have been overall polite, responsive and courteous. Where there have been issues, they have been quickly rectified and I feel like there is always someone there who will deal with my enquiry quickly and professionally.
This may vary between business centres, and of course it is hard to guarantee how individuals representing Regus all over the world are going to behave - some experiences will be great, some poor. It's a big organisation which basically relies on the interaction of its representatives with customers to determine how it is perceived. I have read positive and negative reviews in the past, and I was a bit concerned when I started using an office with Regus that it would be difficult.
However, I have to admit there have been very few problems and everything has gone very smoothly so far.
Ordered a new tap - competitive price, and does the job nicely. Shipping not the fastest - took about a week.
