I have shopped over the years with Brandswear & recently for the first time had to send an item back as they sent me the wrong thing, That was Sept 09 now 17thDec 09 & still awaiting for them to send me my cheque for £29.99 after speaking with nths later which my Bank rejected as the date was wrong, had to send cheque back & i'm still waiting for my correctly dated cheque, everytime I phone the customer service number I'm left in a queue which goes from 10th to 1st but yet no-one ever answers it's cost me a fortune in call yet still cant get through to them !!!
