Service was unacceptable, I had to call them to pay the excess and it doesn't look like they were even going to call me, so I paid my excess and they collected my iPad, (said they will pick it up one day, took the day of work and ended up coming the next day) anyways I was willing to forgive that. Ok so now my iPad is with them and they advised me it will take 3-5 days and I should call them, so I did do that, 25 minutes waiting on the line they reported to me that hey will be returning my iPad unfixed as it was tampered with. My iPad had fallen on concrete floor and screen smashed and yes upon handling it some of the ribbons ripped as well. So they rejected my claim on that basis and I lose my excess and the smug advisor attitude was "there is nothing you can do about it". I am a student and do not have money to be throwing away on excess which I DO NOT GET BACK, I find unacceptable DO NOT INSURE WITH PROTECT YOUR BUBBLE!!!
