I received next day delivery and when the costume was too big it only took approx. 4 days to send a replacement. Could have been quicker if I chose to re-order prior to sending back the original order. Excellent first class service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

This company provided top class service. They rang to confirm my order the next day to ensure I was happy with my order. They offered free items with the order, one of which was not in stock. It arrived without prompt a few days later. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Excellent service.
