REFUND NIGHTMARE
The products and delivery all went well. One item arrived broken, it had been packaged broken and resent, shame on the last fitter who did that. The refund of my money was HIDEOUS, email`s, phone calls from NOVEMBER to JANUARY, I believe I will receive my refund by the end of the week. Better Bathrooms said they were waiting for CITY Link to return item from before christmas 2011. That is Better Bathrooms contract not mine, my contract was with Better Bathrooms they had supplied a broken item, REFUND PLEASE.
