Dreadful Service and Appauling Communication!

I ordered a printer on the 11th October.
By the 26th October still no sign of it.
On enquiring I was told they are having problems importing from Europe and may not get it until the 9th November. So I cancelled my order.
Since then have emailed, phoned and pleaded for my money back.
Still nothing!
Legally they have 30 days to refund and they are sitting it out until then!

Great delivery service but some items cheaply made.

I have ordered a whole range of clothes from Next and they deliver the next day which is great!
However some of the cheaper items are made from very inferior materials and look like they have been run up in a sweatshop in India. You get what you pay for I suppose?

Very good products and great price!

We have had many business cards and related printed products from Vista Print and always been very pleased with the results. They are very cost effective and very well produced. My only criticism would be they take a long time to deliver unless you pay extra. And they do send lots and lots of emails trying to entice you to order more products! Beware!
