Expensive phone calls

I wouldn't mind so much if only Sky realised that the calls are very expensive and don't make you hold on for so long each time! We pay enough for the subscription in the first place!

Hate the home shoppers!

Home shoppers make my blood boil!! They hog the aisles and don't realise they are alienating the visiting customers! They should be more invisible when they are pushing those HUGe trolleys round. It has put me off going regularly there.
