Talk mobile should be called talk ****. Just called their loyalty team to be told no network can set a limit on calls. So I asked how is it with pay as you go when you used your credit you cannot make any calls? He unsurprisingly had no idea and the realisation he was talking ****. Having put a limit of £15 on their contract phone which costs £7.50 per month I don't expect a bill for £65. I seems that this is standard practice and deliberate tactic for a phone that is aimed at teenagers.
The family room had two fans we had to run all night even though they are loud as the room was unbelievably hot (no the heating was off). Not one to make a fuss I put up with it even though I could not sleep and mentioned at when we checked out only for this to be dismissed as its a known problem that other guests have made a complaint about. This was not even a heat wave just average Aug temperature. Next time I book any hotel will make sure they have air con and no reported problems with the room I booking. Very very poor.
Requirement: Obtain £160,000 funds fast secured on clients main residence to fund building project on plot of land.
My Mistake: I first place this case with another broker firm using United Trust Bank. They gave the client the agreement in principle charged him £500 upfront fee doubled the valuation cost to a stupid £1250 + vat. At the last moment the firm changed to deal and wanted to secure the loan on clients main residence and the plot which the client had £750,000 equity and wanted another £850 + vat valuation. This firm was not even fast.
I put my trust in y3s (Anita) and the deal was complete within 2 weeks without any upfront fee of even a valuation fee secured only on the main residence. The rate and terms was also improved significantly. I will not be using any other firm from now on.
Was on a fixed one year contract for electric. Had to give notice in writing that I wanted to switch so thank good did this by email and got a confirmation. Guess what signed up with a cheaper supplier and just before start of Supply they objected and cancelled my transfer. So far they have played this trick 3 times so now been with them an extra 3 months. Never used them they will never let you go.
Update: On reflection I now confirm that I have transferred my supply to a new company with the assistance of their complaints team. Although I am unhappy with the process I had to endure their complaints team are 5 star. I am extremely happy with the regular calls I received from the complaints team to ensure the transfer of supply would proceed without any other problems. I am also happy that they refunded me the difference between the cost of energy with Scottish Power and my new supplier on my final bill so I was not out of pocket.
Purchased ipod speaker came incomplete without battery or cables. Completed the return process on their website and waited for collection as per the instructions. Nothing no contact at all. Sent follow on email and waited for response. Nothing again had no contact from them at all very poor will never use them again.
