Not user friendly!

Website is poorly designed and makes the viewing experience frustrating. This coupled with the constant ads makes me not want to use this service.

Poor website

The poor website design hampers the experience of shopping on this site. I used to shop from here regularly but the website re-design over the past year or so makes the experience frustrating.

Good service

Easy to use website for ordering train tickets and looking up train times. My ordered tickets have always arrived on time without problems. One slight annoyance is the mobile version of the website which can be annoying to navigate at times but it still functions well.

Ordered from this website many times and never had a problem. In the few occasions where the item was too small/big or not what I had anticipated from the website the company has provided an easy and straightforward returns service. Top quality!

Confusing service

I ordered home mobile broadband with the 30day rolling contract but the process was far from smooth. It took multiple phone calls with different advisors to get my order processed and neither advisor was clear about the pricing of the package. I had one salesman continuously try to sell me additional sim card which would save me some money - but I had to repeat that I did not want this and wanted the mobile broadband only. The actual service has been good so far but getting there was a pain to say the least.

Save on Laptops

Good delivery but useless website

The actual product and delivery were good and on time but I had problems placing my order. My first attempt resulted in an email and a text the following day saying there was an issue with the order, after being on hold for about 15mins I finally got through only to be told that there was a problem with my payment and I would have to place another order. It would have been much more efficient had they just said this in the email to begin with. After figuring out my billing address was incorrect on my saveonlaptops account I went to change it only to find there was no option to do this on the website. The account management tool on the website is very poor and I was forced to create a new account again to place the order. I feel that an improvement to the website and the way in which order problems are communicated would be very beneficial for future customers.
