Helpful and efficient company to deal with, only quibble was that one of the products I ordered was said to be in stock on their website, but turned out not to be. Refund process effectively and quickly though.
A poor shopping experience - purchase made on 18th Dec as a Christmas present, arrived 17th Jan. No indication at time of purchase that item wasn't in stock - website lacked this feature completely.
Customer service staff lack any real empathy or understanding of why it wasn't in stock, nor did they seem bothered that it wouldn't arrive for Christmas. I was given no ongoing comms on order progress or anticipated delivery date. They only avoid a 1* as they upgraded a music stand free of charge when the standard was out of stock.
A pity, as the item I bought was great value and am well pleased with it.
