I've never had much luck with The Hut in the past, but the straw that broke the chrome camel's back was my pre-order of *Gears of War 3* back in September. The game's release date was Tuesday, September 20th, 2011. Come Thursday, September 22nd, still no game. After numerous phone calls to The Hut - who have USELESS customer service I might add - I was FINALLY given an answer: Apparently, the order HAD been passed, but none of them had been sent out because of a problem with the manager, and that he would forward the complaint to said manager. It arrived on Friday, thankfully, but that means that they lied to me the whole time. In all honestly, they haven't a friggin' clue what they're doing, and I sincerely don't recommend using them. Well, maybe as toilet paper, but not for your pre-orders or orders in general.
Every time I've pre-ordered from ShopTo, I have received every single order on time; some of which were even days early. I wouldn't dare use any other company, and their prices are great as well. Couldn't recommend them more!
Anyone complaining about ShopTo is clearly either a decoy from a competitor, or they're simply lying because they fancy having a moan about something that didn't really happen. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE!
