Ordered items, had a phone call to advise an item was out of stock, I was offered alternatives or a refund. Refund was requested, items arrived within 3 days, what could be simpler.
Returns process is effective using my local collect+ outlet, no hassle with queuing at the Post Office.
I'm really impressed, even looking tonight for more items to buy.
