I took back an Abu spinning rod that had snapped whilst casting, which I had purchased 12 month previously. The staff were fantastic and rang Abu on my behalf who agreed a full refund, I put the money towards a better rod and again the staff were great in helping me make my choice.
It's when there's a problem that you can truly judge the performance of a company, and in my eyes Gerrys are top class. They've got a great reputation for valuing their customers, and it is well deserved in my view.
