I ordered a recovery disk for my laptop and it was shipped out from Germany. The disk didn't work so I contacted customer support in the UK and they told me that I had to write and send the disk back to the address in Germany. There was not direct contact number for them. The cost of sending it back would have been more than they paid to send me the disk. Left me out of pocket. Don't bother with them.
I purchased the bike alarm and there were major problems with the device. However, when I got in touch with customer services a full refund was arranged and I was happy about that. Despite the product I thought that customer service handled my case very well.
