This company eventually sends your order ( Sometimes weeks later ) with shortages . It is pointless sending an e-mail as they do NOT reply !!! ( their own admission , stating we do not usually respond to e-mails using their contact us link on their website ) . All they wish you to do is to use their expensive 0843 number . Not a company that I would place further orders with !!!!!

Product substitution with inferior plants ( Out of stock ) ordered on the 1st day of release via e-mail. Delivery of woefully unhealthy plants ( Stalks snapped off ,trapped in packing container .100% guarantee non-existent . No response to e-mails ( a message to confirm that due to unprecedented numbers of e-mails ( What a surprise NOT !!! ) there will be delay in responding ( Up to two days !! )) and guess what NO response whatsoever . Please do NOT attempt to purchase healthy plants from this company as you will probably be very disappointed ,

Extremely prompt delivery , very reasonable prices and accurate description of products. I purchased the Denver DVD player primarily for use with region 1 dvds . I sent a few e-mails to clarify my requirement ie Region 1 + 2 and these were answered promptly . ( Amazon sold this product but stated it was for Region 2 only , which has been proven to be inaccurate by my purchase from 3wisemonkeys ,
