I agree with the many reviews that mention the unbeatable customer service from this company: they really could not be more helpful. However, if you want the best prices for printer cartridges, don't expect the best quality print results. My first black cartridge would not print reliably even after I followed all the cleaning advice so I asked for a refund. A second black cartridge is working OK. While the quality is fine for everyday domestic printing, the quality on 'Normal' setting on my Dell 968 printer is not as good as Dell original cartridges. For documents where best quality is important, I found printing on 'Photo' (1200dpi) produced a better result, but still not as sharp as Dell original cartridges. Overall I am pleased with the value for money and will continue to use Cartridgepeople safe in the knowledge that my purchases are risk-free and pleased that I no longer am paying Dell rip-off cartridge prices (no wonder they gave me a free replacement printer when my last one broke!).
Use this site to find parking that is more convenient, safer and/ or less costly than a public car park. I have used the service only once but found it easy to find a parking site in central London that had sufficient reviews to allow me to book with confidence. Everything about the parking was as promised, including the directions of how to find it. I will definitely use parkatmyhouse.com again to find long term parking wherever I need it.
I've only used this company once (Jan 2013) but they seem to have good communication, easy to use website and they did what they said they would do so they deserve 4* at this stage. I decided to use them after a failed (paid for) order with oneclickventures.co.uk (now defunct I htink). The only niggle with mastersdirect.com is that delivery is only free if you spend at least £35 AND your parcel weighs less than 2.5 kg. oneclickventures was free delivery if order exceeded £35 - no weight restriction. With hindsight perhaps this delivery deal was too good to be true and perhaps contributed to their demise.
I had used oneclickpharmacy for 18 months and had been very pleased - until a couple of weeks ago when I could see from my online account that my order was stuck in their warehouse. When I tried a dozen times to contact them, unsuccessfully, by phone, email and Live Chat on their website I smelt a rat. This is what a failing company looks like. Shame really but perhaps no surprise. If they are competing on price then if their offerings look too good to be true perhaps that's exactly what they are... I would recommend avoiding this company until some new positive feedback appears on this site.
In 2010 I used parcel2go.com for about 30 parcels over 2 months and they were great but in 2011 I had a bad experience when I used them again and it was painful to get it sorted. Having seen parcelhero's high rating on trustpilot recently I decided to try them and, on this first occasion everything went perfectly, including the last email informing me that my parcel had arrived and been signed for. What more could I want?
