A RIP OFF!!!!

My PC was dropped off at PC World for repair on 30th November 2011 and up to today I have not received it back!!!! I have received several messages asking me to go to the store to collect the computer and everytime nobody seemed to know where the computer was. My last trip to PC World was on 23 Jan 2012 and still no show. The customer adviser in the stored advised me to demand for replacement and when I contacted KnowHow they advised me that my LAPTOP was ready for delivery... but I didnt send a LAPTOP for repairs!!!! Up to now am still struggling to get a replacement or even to have my PC back!!! The worst service I have ever come across.
