very bad customer service

Wish I read these reviews before ordering my mattress !!!
Ordered mattress on-line last week.
Was delighted by the fact that they offer to deliver on Saturday.
Took the Saturday delivery option so that I did not have to take any time off work.
Delivery was due between 7.30am and 5.30pm.
Stayed at home all day.... waiting for the mattress.
Rang Bedworld at 4pm to get an idea / update.
Answerphone says : "Call back Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm". How useful is that ?
I left a message in the evening and also sent an email.
Monday morning... I am just getting ready to go to work... and TNT is there with the mattress !!
Got a reply from Bedworld on Tuesday at 11am saying "your mattress was delivered on Monday at 8.37am"
No apologies, no mention of the delay, inconvenience caused.
